PHILOSOPHY
I believe that all softball players should LOVE being softball players. Having fun with the skills we develop and the drills we do is my first priority. Through having fun, I strive to provide these main 3 points:
-
To create a positive and educational environment where the athlete can be themselves, feel included, and grow as a player and human being.
-
To teach the fundamentals of personal development through sport, including the 3 D's
-
DETERMINATION - Determination to work hard for yourself and your team, practice with a purpose, and give your best effort at every practice.
-
DISCIPLINE - The practice of being accountable to the standards you set for yourself and your teammates. We understand the process of becoming a championship team and are committed to that process with discipline.
-
DRIVE FOR EXCELLENCE - Having full confidence in your abilities to succeed in everything that you want on and off the field.
-
-
To improve strength, stamina, and athletic performance and to decrease the risk of injury.
