PHILOSOPHY

I believe that all softball players should LOVE being softball players. Having fun with the skills we develop and the drills we do is my first priority. Through having fun, I strive to provide these main 3 points:

  1. To create a positive and educational environment where the athlete can be themselves, feel included, and grow as a player and human being.

  2. To teach the fundamentals of personal development through sport, including the 3 D's

    • DETERMINATION - Determination to work hard for yourself and your team, practice with a purpose, and give your best effort at every practice.

    • DISCIPLINE - The practice of being accountable to the standards you set for yourself and your teammates. We understand the process of becoming a championship team and are committed to that process with discipline.

    • DRIVE FOR EXCELLENCE - Having full confidence in your abilities to succeed in everything that you want on and off the field.

  3. To improve strength, stamina, and athletic performance and to decrease the risk of injury.
