OUR PHILOSOPHY:
We believe that all softball players should LOVE being softball players. Having fun with the skills we develop and the drills we do is always first priority. Through having fun, we strive to provide three things:
1) To create a positive and educational environment where the athlete can be themselves, feel included, and grow as a player and human being.

2) To teach the fundamentals of personal growth through sport including development, determination, and discipline.
-
DEVELOPMENT - Learn how to learn! Develop your skills through drills and repetitive and purposeful practice
-
DETERMINATION - Determined to work hard for yourself and your team, practice with a purpose, and give your best effort.
-
DISCIPLINE - Practice accountability and hold yourself to the standards you set for yourself and your teammates.

3) To Improve strength, stamina, and skills to increase athletic performance and decrease the risk of injury.
