Summer Strength & Conditioning Sessions are here!

Every Tues/Thurs morning 8am-9am at Forte Park

We will develop speed, agility, power, strength, and stamina each day!

Programming individualized for your personal goals and sport!

Open to incoming 8th - 12th grade female athletes. Group will max out at 10 participants.
